2. Order Processing & Shipping

  • All orders are processed within 1–5 business days.

  • If an order includes multiple items with different release dates, we will ship them together based on the latest release date unless otherwise requested.

  • We ship domestically within Germany and across all EU countries with tracked carriers (DHL, DPD, etc.).

  • Delivery times and shipping fees vary based on destination and weight (see our Shipping Policy).

3. Prices & VAT

All prices are shown in EUR and may include VAT where applicable. Customers are responsible for any additional taxes or import duties outside the EU.

4. Returns and Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. A cancellation fee of €9.98 applies.

  • Pre-order items are not eligible for cancellation.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

All content, images, and branding on this site are the property of Momo TCG GmbH and may not be used without prior written permission.

6. Use of Site

You agree not to misuse the website, transmit malware, or attempt unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

Momo TCG GmbH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, unless required by EU consumer protection laws.
