Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition

• It must be returned in the original packaging

• Include proof of purchase (invoice or order number)

Non-Returnable Items

• Pre-order items

• Sale or clearance items

• Opened or used TCG products (e.g., booster packs, sealed boxes)

Return Process

1. Contact us at zenpan-europe@zenpan-ec.com to request a return.

2. If approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address.

3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or wrong.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, you’ll be notified of the refund status.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
